Vizcayan Potatoes- Pais Vasco Region

Course Two (Salad)

Espencat Salad- region Valencia ( roasted veggies salad, with  sherry vinegar, fried smoked eggplant, and creamy eggplant dressing) Allergies/Dairy (vegetarian dish)

Course THREE (ENTREE)

Galician Scallops- Region Galicia: Sauteed scallops in spanish demi-glace, with green asparagus and a crusty paella rice shell.( shellfish allergies)

Course FOUR (DESSERT)

Manchego Catalunya Cream - Región Cataluña( Traditional cataluyan dessert similar to a creme brule, with orange and manchego cheese flavor, topped with a caramel crust) allergies dairy/ egg
