Our private dining room overlooking Historic Old Fourth Ward Park is the perfect place for your family dinner, business meeting, or birthday party. The cityscape surrounding our location makes a beautiful backdrop for your event. This room seats up to 26 guests using two long, banquet-style tables. Other configurations are also available.

Our semi-private dining area looking out into Historic Old Fourth Ward Park is located adjacent to our main dining room. Your guests will experience the lively and energetic atmosphere of the restaurant while still having the space for a more intimate dining experience. Tables can be both added and configured in numerous ways to accommodate your event.

Looking for the perfect spot for your corporate event, office party, or birthday celebration? Buena Vida Tapas Bar offers building buyouts for groups looking for an exclusive venue for their guests. Enjoy our full-service bar that opens to the restaurant on one side and to our sprawling patio on the other, with views of Historic Fourth Ward Park and the Atlanta Beltline. Seat your guests for a dining experience like no other: We can accommodate up to 120 seated guests inside while another 90 can enjoy dining on our patio area. Our space is great for groups of 80 to 200 that want a cocktail service atmosphere or a seated dinner experience. We also have other options for partial or full building buy-outs, including our patio, lounge area, and more.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Is there a room rental fee?

There is no rental fee as long as the food and beverage minimum is met.

What if we don’t meet the food and beverage minimum?

If the minimum is not met, a room rental fee equal to the difference will be applied.

What additional fees should we expect?

A 20% gratuity, 3% alcohol tax, 8.9% sales tax, and a 5% administrative fee will be added to your final bill.

Do you offer menu customization or special dietary accommodations?

We take dietary restrictions or preferences seriously and we will do everything that we can to accommodate your party. Please let us know in advance so we can confirm with our chef. 

Can we bring a cake?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own cake to celebrate your special occasion. Please note that if your cake is not Gluten Free we will not be able to store it in our fridge and we ask that you remain sensitive to nearby guests whom may have allergies.  A $10 plating fee will be added to your check.  

Do you offer audio/visual (AV) options?

We do not currently provide AV services; however, we are happy to accommodate your electrical needs if you bring your own equipment.

How long do we have access to the private room?

Private rooms are available for up to 3 hours per event.  

Can we split the bill?

Yes. The final bill can be divided equally and paid with up to 10 debit or credit cards.

Are we allowed to decorate the room?

Yes, you may decorate the private room. Setup can begin up to 15 minutes before your event start time.

Do you validate parking?

Yes. Our parking lot is located inside the North & Line apartment complex. We validate parking for up to 2 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your event.
